The shelly lake session was recorded off the bank of a river. There was a big muscadine vine in season that I ate from before going into a shamanic trance. My producer and I arrived before the sun has risen. We recorded all day. We were able to capture a good solid three hours of material. Riverside Muscadine is a three part album release with several phases in each song.

take me out far away from the city lights
with these wild eyes open I’ve seen
so many things
dancing on the rainbow back to the gatherings
dancing on the sunset
coronas on the lion
swishing those turtle shells back to the ocean
swimming with the crustaceans
and their olden scales
take me to the north
ride me on your back
lead me back to the mark
back to the place where we left off.
